CREDITS
This
program
sets the
standard
for
aeromedical
training
recognition
throughout
Canada.
This
program
is
recognized,
approved
and
accredited
nationally
by the
Canadian
Nurses
Association,
and the
College
of
Family
Physicians
of
Canada.
Nurses
will
receive
17
Continuing
Nursing
Education
Credits.
Physicians
taking
this
course
will be
granted
12
MAIN
PRO-MI
credit
hours.
A
Certificate
of
Achievement
and
wallet
verification
card
will be
presented
to all
participants
who
complete
the
program*.
*
Persons
that
audit
the
program
will
receive
a
Certificate
of
Participation.
INSTRUCTORS
Aeromedical
instructors
from
across
Canada
will
present
this
program.
All of
these
instructors
have
been
chosen
for
their
active
educational
involvement
in
aeromedical
transports.
All are:
- active
members
of
CAMATA.
-
involved
in
Critical
Care
transport.
-
professional
affiliation
in other
aeromedical
associations.
- have a
minimum
of five
years,
to 30+
(Holy!!)
years in
the
aeromedical
environment.
- many
have
researched,
written
and
published
articles
pertaining
to
Aeromedical
Transport.
-
speakers
at
workshops,
seminars
and
conferences
at a
national
and/or
international
level.
- design
and
develop
policies,
procedures
and
protocols
for air
transport.

PROGRAM

Instructors

are from
across
Canada.
This
program,
with
instructors,
will
travel
to your
area or
hospital,
in order
for more
to take
advantage
of this
training
program
and to
decrease
your
travelling
cost.
